Coastline Day Co. was created for couples who may already have many plans in place but want a trusted team to step in, finalize details, and flawlessly execute. Both share the same elevated, coastal-inspired approach — with Coastline Day Co. focused on streamlined planning and seamless coordination.
Not at all. We go far beyond “day-of.” Our Event Management package begins 2 months before your wedding, giving us time to review contracts, build schedules, and gather every detail. This allows us to step in with confidence and execute with ease. For couples who need more, we also offer Partial Planning and Full Service Planning.

Every Coastline Day Co. package includes two dedicated planners for your wedding weekend. We cover 1 hour of rehearsal time and 9 hours on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Yes! While our home base is in New England — serving Cape Cod & The Islands, Boston, Newport, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine — we are available for destination weddings. Just reach out for travel details.

Partial Planning begins about 10 months out. It includes a comprehensive design presentation, vendor sourcing (floral, rentals, lighting, stationery), and ongoing support. At the 2-month mark, we transition fully into logistics and communication, ensuring your plans are executed with care.
Absolutely. We love intimate celebrations just as much as large-scale weddings. Our process is tailored to your guest count, vision, and location.
